Ceci N'est Pas Une Rose by Beth Kent
16” x 24” photograph by the New York artist.
Limited edition photograph, 1 of 5.
Comes in a simple white frame.
From the artist:
I am a Connecticut based photographer and have been photographing for over 20 years. I recently shifted from street photography, a very fast-paced and quick style that captures a split second in time, to macro photography, which through its slow process, forces the photographer to set up, be still, and slow down. I find it to be a meditative process in spotting slowly emerging details and revealing worlds within nature that we normally would pass by in everyday life, not giving a second thought to our tiny daily time lapses.
Surfergirl Gallery exclusive featured during Miami Art Basel 2023 and Paradise Found in NYC in 2024.
